In 2016, Ben was given the opportunity to direct the sequel to Bad Kids Go To Hell where he played the dim and mysterious Max Rainwater in this slasher horror film. The sequel, where he reprised the role of Max, is more of a bloody adventure comedy with roaches. He says he absolutely loved directing and it shows.
